These Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions) form an integral part of the contract for the purchase of goods/services and set out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of delivery of the Goods, the cancellation and return policy, the refund policy, the dispute resolution policy.

The Seller shall have the right to change, amend, or supplement the Terms at any time in accordance with the statutory requirements. Such changes shall take effect upon posting on the Site.

The Seller shall have the right to change the prices displayed on the Site and/or to create new paid services at any time at its sole discretion.

The Contract between the Customer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment the Customer has selected the Goods, placed them in his shopping basket, indicated the delivery address, and read the Terms and Conditions by ticking "I accept the Terms and Conditions" in the order confirmation window.

The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.​

1. General rules

The Seller shall sell and deliver to the Buyer the Goods by the Buyer's order. If the Buyer purchases goods through the Website, such mutual agreement shall be deemed to be a Distance Contract and shall be subject to the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts including, but not limited to, the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations "Regulations on Distance Contract", etc.

2. Making purchases

The prices, descriptions and specifications of the products sold in the online shop are indicated next to the products. The prices quoted are valid at the time of ordering. The Buyer shall place an order specifying the type of goods to be purchased, the quantity and the most appropriate delivery method. The total cost of the order including delivery is displayed on the screen. Fill in all the necessary fields and choose the most appropriate payment method. After successful order placement, the buyer receives a confirmation e-mail.

3. Payment terms

The currency of payment in the online shop is the euro. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated in the online shop or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail corresponding to the order. The invoice shall be drawn up electronically and shall be valid without signature.

Maksekeskus AS:

- International banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor

- Visa/Mastercard card payments - By bank transfer to the Seller's bank account, quoting the invoice number sent to the Buyer by e-mail.

- Cash or invoice. If you choose this payment method, you will be able to pay for your order upon receipt of the goods at our warehouse at Silikatu street 26, Riga.

Confirm your order using the online banking payment method and click on the "Back to merchant" button.
Personal data necessary for making payments are transferred to a licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The Contract shall become effective upon successful payment to the online shop's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification.

4. Delivery terms

- Goods are pickup at our warehouse at 26 Silikatu Street, Riga.​

Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

Delivery is a chargeable service, except during promotional periods when illo Wood chooses to provide free delivery.​

Goods are delivered within the European Union. The purchased goods are delivered by DPD courier. Each courier company has its own delivery policy, which is available on their websites. All fees and taxes payable to receive the parcel at the delivery destination shall be borne by the Buyer. The delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. The Seller shall deliver the goods to the address indicated by the Buyer within 1-3 working days within the territory of Latvia, in other European Union countries within 2-8 working days. You can find the delivery times in the "Delivery" section. Some items have non-standard delivery times, the exact time of manufacture is indicated in the description of the item. In such cases, we reserve the right to dispatch the goods up to 20 working days after informing the customer.

The buyer can collect the goods free of charge in our warehouse within 1-2 working days at Silikatu street 26, Riga. Ordered goods must be collected no later than 3 working days after the Seller has informed the Buyer by e-mail that the goods can be collected.
OKSA SIA is not responsible for any products damaged or lost in transit. But if you received your order damaged, please contact us at and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Goods within 30 calendar days of receipt of the Goods. The right of withdrawal shall not apply if the Buyer is a legal person.

To be eligible for the 30-day right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in full condition. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal. If the goods are damaged, if the components of the goods are lost, the original packaging, or if its packaging is substantially damaged , the Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to charge a compensation fee in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete and submit the withdrawal form within 30 days of receipt of the goods, which can be found here Return of goods.

The buyer is liable for the costs of returning the goods, except where the reason for the return is that the goods are not as ordered (e.g. incorrect or faulty product).

The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the cancellation form to the online shop. Goods purchased in the Online Shop may be returned free of charge by delivering them personally to OKSA SIA warehouse at Silikatu street 26, Riga, LV-1016, or sent back to the warehouse by a courier service of the Buyer's choice. The money will be returned to the buyer's bank account within 14 calendar days from the date of return.

The Seller shall be entitled to withhold payment until it has received the Goods or proof of return from the Buyer. 

The Online Shop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations or for any other failure to perform caused by circumstances and obstacles beyond its reasonable control.

6. Consumer's rights for non-conforming goods

The online store is responsible for non-compliance of the goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or defects that occurred within 6 months after the day of delivery of the goods to the customer, or existed at the time of delivery, if such an assumption does not contradict the characteristics or lack of the case. The Buyer must inform the Seller about the non-conformity of the goods immediately, within 2 months after its detection, i.e. submit a complaint. The Online Shop shall not be liable for any defects arising after delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the goods purchased are defective for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request that the defective goods be rectified or exchanged for new goods free of charge.

If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller shall return to the Buyer all payments due under the Distance Contract. The Seller shall reply to the Consumer's complaint in writing within 15 days.

7. Processing of the Buyer's personal data

The online shop processes only the personal data entered by the buyer when ordering goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, etc. By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him/her will be used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the laws and regulations. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order to the e-mail address provided. The online shop transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) in order to ensure delivery of the goods.

If you have expressly consented to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may contact you from time to time with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process the email address you provided when you signed up for marketing communications. You have the option to opt-out of marketing communications by notifying us at

8. Dispute resolution
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

The Parties shall resolve any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer by means of mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to a court of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer shall also have the right to apply to the dispute settlement bodies of the European Union.
